We wanted to have a private ceremony in the mountains with our doggies! We drove 15 hours from Illinois to Colorado with our dogs and stayed about a week. We got married on our five year anniversary on 12/19! It was the perfect day! It snowed, we got married, we got yummy food! What more could you ask for? We were so cold, we had vendors cancel the day of and were scrambling to find replacements last minute and in the mountains. We were racing for sunlight and I accidentally ordered a customized Mr. and Mr. champagne bottle instead of Mr. and Mrs. lol!!! The day was so perfect even with all the things that went wrong. We wanted to enjoy those special few moments as new husband and wife and that's exactly what we did. We can't wait for our reception next month to celebrate with our friends and family with tacos and open bar!
